founded 27 years ago by award-winning chocolate and
cake artisan Marilyn Mueller, whose work reflects a
background in design as well as the arts of chocolaterie
and pâtisserie.

dark, our chocolate is a private blend of French and
Belgian couvertures, with a texture that melts gently
